The Odell Beckham Jr. trade with the Browns shocked the sports world and caused the city of Cleveland's blast.
One of the fans was so excited that the Browns got the receiver that he scared his neighbor by dialing 911.
according to Fox 8 News In Cleveland, Corita Jackson called the police after seeing Robert Stewart, 17, running in the street screaming.
"We had just returned home after shopping around 20:30. Then I heard screaming. At first I thought it was a woman because the screams were so high, "Jackson said.
"Then I saw this man running in the street beating his arms and I thought," Oh, my God. "
Jackson called 911 and said she feared that a man would run screaming and waving his arms.
Meanwhile, Stewart did not know that he was scary to his neighbor and he was celebrating the party on the outside because he was so excited.
"Boom, we were so excited I could not stop myself," said Stewart. "I was jumping all around my house because I could not get into it. I was so excited … My brother told me to stop, but I could not do it because I was so excited, nothing could stop me. I had to rejoice outside. "
The next thing Stewart knew, the police questioned him about what was going on. He explained that the Browns had acquired Beckham and that the police had accompanied him to the celebration.
"They were like," Oh! We have OBJ !! We have set it up. Everything was cool. They went out of their day, "said Stewart.
The police then had to explain Stewart's behavior to Jackson, who was also unaware of the trade.
"(The officer) asked me if I was a Browns fan; I said: "Not really." He said: "The kid was celebrating the big victory of the Browns". I was like: "They played a game?" He says, "No, they have Odell Beckham Jr." I was like: Oh. Well, congratulations, "Jackson said.
